Our hosted dialer solution can dial up to 5 lines per agent, and is capable of transferring hundreds of live calls to each agent in a single day.

Calls are recorded and customized call dispositions allow you to filter and better manage your company leads database.

In addition, our dialer provides you full reporting over each agent regarding their talk time, number of calls, log-ins and log-outs as well as a real-time screen presenting the number of logged in users, their status (such as “in live call” or “paused”) their current talk time, total amount of calls for today, with an option to listen or barge into a live call.

Our pricing is based on a flat “pay as you go” rate and every agent user account comes with an unlimited calling plan within the 48 continental states.

We typically integrate with your company’s existing CRM or custom build a CRM to allow for seamless data transfer between your customer database and your Dialing System.
